Bury House which falls within the St James’s Conservation Area and being a Grade II listed building has been reinstated back to its original residential use having formally been used as office accommodation.

Forcia have been appointed to sensitively restore the upper floors, creating residential accommodation which is suitable for modern day use.  The works included an extension to the second floor, the introduction of balconies, a raised floor of 42mm to allow for essential services to run above the existing concert floor slab and also alterations to the rear section of the roof as a means of improving the quality of accommodation on the fourth floor and providing additional head height for the lift.
