Extension, conversion and refurbishment of a commercial building adjacent to Piccadilly.

Forcia was appointed by The Crown Estate to undertake considerable alterations to convert commercial premises into new high-end residential and retail units.

The Solution

Works entailed the demolition of the existing lightwell and rear façade, construction of new rear extensions on the second and third floors – with associated terraces – and the installation of a new lift, followed by façade cleaning and full fit out.

Forcia embarked on the conversion, extension and refurbishment of existing office space above a retail unit into four apartments on the upper floors and shell and core retail space on the ground floor and basement levels.
