Forcia have been appointed to carry out the redevelopment and refurbishment of 67-70 Drury Lane which consisted of basement retail units, three ground floor retail units and entrance to three stories of residential accommodation being 6 apartments.

Furthermore, the redevelopment and refurbishment included the removal of the existing roof structure and the building of an additional floor at fourth floor level. Whilst reconfiguring each floor and altering the main entrance a new passenger lift was installed to service the apartments.

The building will also require the installation of balconies and terraces to the rear elevations and a green roof.
