Our experience in complex structural alterations schemes allowed Forcia to be appointed by Cadogan Estates to compromise the refurbishment of the corner of Kings Road and Chelsea Manor Street.

The property is grade II listed and compromises three elements.

The first involves the alterations and refurbishment of the main corner block. The second elements fronts Chelsea Manor Street and will be demolished behind a retained facade and a new building constructed with basement.

Our third element, also fronting Chelsea Manor Street, will be completely demolished and a new building will be constructed with basement.

The new development will accommodate retail units at ground floor and basement and residential accommodation above.
