Forcia were appointed to refurbish a five story Victorian town house in Lennox Gardens, which is situated between Knightsbridge and Chelsea, Belgravia SW1X in one of the most popular garden squares in central London.

The project included the removal of all existing finishes with adjustments to all floor levels, along with the replacement of the existing internal stair core. Forcia also increased the buildings floor space to each apartment by building an extension to the rear of the Victorian property. The scheme also included treatment to the existing basement structure due to the incumbent damp, and involved further construction works to create a new light shaft and installation of new passenger lift allowing direct lift access into every apartment.

The property comprises of seven apartments, five of which are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two one bedroom and one bathroom, reception room and modern kitchen. The apartments have been fully fitted out and had complete interior designed throughout, with new domestic hot and cold pipework, appliances and air conditioning. All services were replaced with new small power, consumer units and connections to mains.

Within the works scheme Forcia also repaired where possible and replaced part of the existing cornice and architrave together with creating seven bespoke kitchen and joinery units and refurbishing the existing fireplaces. The quality of the interior finishes created luxury homes in one of London’s most exclusive areas.
