Project: Structural redevelopment of part of an existing shopping complex in Kingston for future tenants (Lidl supermarket)

We were contracted to undertake the design and build and redevelopment of an existing shopping unit in Kingston for Lidl supermarket.
Forcia were required to design and install a new steel structure and a glass facade in order to create a new shop front, whilst working closely with the Architect to ensure that both the planning department and the client were satisfied with the end result.
Our works included:
- External landscaping and car parking
- New Brick Work
- Design and erection of new structural glass facade
- New roofing works
- New Internal drainage
- Building Control
This project was completed using our in house design and build team to provide a turnkey solution for the client.
