Works to this project commenced in 2019, the two year programme allowed Forcia to deliver a mixture of high end residential apartments. Set over four floors, the amalgamation of the apartments, are in the formation of 1 bed to 3 beds, all in conjunction with works to combine three residential blocks together to reconfigure the existing 27 units and provide an additional 4 apartments.

Forcia delivered this by erecting a single storey mansard roof extension above No’s 2 and 4 Blandford Street and the corner building of 111 Marylebone High Street.

The main roof’s structural reconfiguration along Marylebone High Street dwelling, has allowed Forcia to deliver the heavy structural construction of two new apartments  on St Vincent Street. The dwellings also had extensions at the rear on first, second, third and fourth-floor levels and two new lifts installed.

The two penthouse apartments at the rear of the building have their own private balconies for additional outdoor space. The rear of the building now homes a planted court yard, which was previously where the plant space existed, this allows the residences to have some tranquil quite space amongst the hustling of London’s West End. The retail units on Marylebone High Street where fully operational to the public whilst Forcia were onsite.
