.

As well as the works that were delivered at 34 Weymouth Mew, Forcia have carried out the refurbishment and alterations to 43 Weymouth Mews to the existing Grade 2* building which have formed 2 new residential dwellings above the Dover Castle Public House, now known as Jackelope. The 2 residential dwellings have been created using a mix of old and new construction to bring the best of both together. There where tasks at both 34 & 43 Weymouth Mews such as the roof alterations to create landscaped roof terraces, new built balconies and a courtyard at lower ground. Forcia have also undergone works at the Dover Castle Public House, they included the formation of basement/lowering of existing lower ground floor to create new premises for the incoming tenant taking over the Dover Castle Public House.
