Forcia – The Building Life Cycle

In 2014 Forcia – The Building Life Cycle was set up as a way to build business networks within the property industry.

We wanted to create something different, an event that harnessed fun, teamwork, adventure and self-support. With these objectives in mind we launched the BLC with a Team of 4 set-up. It’s staged over a 77km course in the Sussex Downs. Right from the start of our inaugural event in 2014, it was clear that people loved the format.

The annual event has grown from strength to strength in a very short time and this year attracted 38 teams of 4 cyclists. We are committed to maintaining this fun day in September and hope to keep it as one of the most anticipated Property Industry Networking Events.

Unlike other events, we don’t ask for donations as we have many requests regarding to giving to charities for other sporting events, however should you wish to give a donation it would be welcomed and thanked.

We have selected to donate to Brain Tumour Charity as it is an illness close to all at Forcia and especially to the Directors heart. Forcia’s first office space was given to us by Doris Roccia and as many of you know, Doris is the Mother of two of our Directors at Forcia. Doris ended up suffering from the illness and sadly passed away earlier this year.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
